Job Title: IT Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our team. As an IT support specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our service desk, providing technical support to our staff, and ensuring that all hardware and software is functioning correctly.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our service desk, responding to requests and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
  • Provide first and second-level technical support to our staff, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate with our Mosaic IT team to ensure smooth installation of hardware and software.
  • Ensure that all staff have access to functioning hardware and software, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical knowledge and skills are essential, including experience with Microsoft 365 and other technologies.
