Job Description:

The Airport Experience Transformation Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the airport experience for Jetstar customers.

This innovative role focuses on identifying and implementing cutting-edge solutions to improve the airport customer experience. It also entails equipping frontline teams with the necessary tools and technology to deliver exceptional experiences for customers.

The Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from the Customer, Digital, and Technology teams to drive transformation initiatives across all Jetstar Airports, both domestically and internationally.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a refreshed airport customer experience strategy, supporting the development of a frontline enablement strategy, benchmarking against industry best practices, and identifying and implementing tools and training to enhance the airport experience.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in aviation or a related field (desired) or demonstrated experience in customer experience and technology.
  • Demonstrated experience within the aviation and/or travel industry is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in areas such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile Project Management, or customer service and technology are beneficial.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives, including digital, operational, and cultural change.
  • Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders at all levels, including executive and senior management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of commercial practices.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to develop and document strategies and proposals.
  • Knowledge and understanding of aviation & travel technologies.
