Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Insolvency Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills to work on various insolvency-related projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of insolvency files, including preparation of documentation for briefings and reports to stakeholders.
  • Prepare correspondence to creditors, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Assist in detailed insolvency investigations, analyzing financial data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior specialists to renegotiate client finances, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Ensure the rights and interests of creditors and suppliers are protected during liquidation proceedings.
  • Support the Accounting & Audit team with budgeting and forecasting activities for new owners.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of insolvency principles, including personal and corporate insolvency.
  • Experience with voluntary administrations, deeds of company agreement, liquidations, receiverships, bankruptcies, and Part Xs.
  • Strong project planning and execution skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent reporting and analysis skills, with ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
