Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the firm's insolvency practice, driving strategic direction and business development.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, and corporate stakeholders.
Oversee and manage complex insolvency, restructuring, and disputes matters, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Provide strategic litigation advice on disputes related to insolvency, asset recovery, and commercial fraud.
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and professional organisations to enhance market presence.
Mentor and develop junior lawyers and professional staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Manage financial performance, including revenue targets, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements in insolvency law.
Collaborate with other partners to develop innovative legal solutions for financial distress scenarios.
Drive marketing and thought leadership initiatives, positioning the firm as a leading player in the insolvency space.
