This well established and growing national firm is well reputed for delivering high-quality business advisory services to a broad range of industries. With a strong focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and genuine rebuilding plans for customers, the business is continuing an exciting phase of growth and transformation. The Insolvency Supervisor or Insolvency Manager will be responsible for the timely management of management of companies in receivership,and managing a team of Insolvency Accountants.

Your new role

  • Managing personal and corporate insolvency and managing complex litigation matters
  • Leading, motivating, and managing a high-performing team
  • Overseeing team budgets, financial forecasting, and fee planning to ensure operational efficiency and profitability
  • Conducting in-depth investigations into voidable transactions and providing solvency reports
  • Managing stakeholder relations and negotiating settlements through asset and recovery actions
  • Leading voluntary administrations and provisional liquidations to maintain business continuity during restructuring phases
  • Assisting companies navigate financial difficulties and return to profitability

About you

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in insolvency
  • CA / CPA qualifications will be highly regarded (may also be ARITA qualified or currently in progress)
  • Assertive and excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective leadership skills and leading from the front approach
  • Strong investigative and technical skills
