CSIRO seeks an experienced Employee Relations specialist to lead complex workplace investigations and case management.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a dynamic team that helps resolve sensitive people matters. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end processes, including investigations into misconduct, bullying, harassment, discrimination, and other sensitive matters. Your strong analytical skills and experience in conducting workplace or regulatory investigations will help you plan, scope, and conduct procedurally fair investigations.

As a key member of the Workplace Relations team, you will provide accurate, risk-focused advice to senior management. You will also collaborate with Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders to support effective resolution of cases. Maintaining accurate records and case documentation throughout the lifecycle is crucial in this role.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, or related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications are desirable. You must also have at least five years' experience conducting workplace or regulatory investigations, ideally within government or large complex organisations.
