Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Solutions Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This role reports to the Direct Manager and sits within our Operations Team. As a key member of the Group, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing packaging solutions that meet our high standards for quality, safety, sustainability, and performance.

  • Lead the development and implementation of sustainable packaging strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets our quality and safety requirements.
  • Work closely with third-party packers to ensure compliance with our standards.

As a Packaging Solutions Specialist, you will be based at our Sydney office and will work closely with our manufacturing sites to drive innovation and excellence in packaging design.

Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
