Job Opportunity:

  • Prepare accurate quotations in line with pricing guidelines to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support product development, trials, scale-ups, and documentation during the new product development process.
  • Compile and send quotations and tenders to clients in a timely manner.
  • Resolve packaging and product-related issues through proactive problem-solving to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure transparency.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and customer service skills to build strong relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to streamline tasks and improve productivity.
