We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales and Administration Officer to join our growing funding, bookkeeping, and outsourced CFO firm. This role balances both sales and administrative duties, supporting business growth while maintaining operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Ensure seamless communication between marketing, sales teams, clients, and managers.
  • Proposal & Quote preparation: Develop and prepare high-quality proposals and quotes for clients.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database.
  • Client Onboarding: Provide exceptional onboarding experience for new clients.

Marketing Support Tasks

  • Social media management: Manage social media presence and engage with clients online.
  • Referral Channels: Identify and develop referral channels for business growth.
  • Content creation support: Assist in creating high-quality content for marketing purposes.
  • Website updates: Ensure website accuracy and make updates as needed.
  • Event coordination: Coordinate events and meetings for clients and team members.

Administration responsibilities

  • Office management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Documentation & record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for clients and internal use.
  • Invoice management: Assist with invoicing clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Team support: Provide administrative assistance to the bookkeeping and CFO teams.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing reports for internal management.
