Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of services. This role will lead and direct a team of skilled professionals, fostering growth and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a managerial capacity.
  • Experience managing Service desk / Contact centres operations within the Telecommunications industry.
  • Technical experience in ICT and Telecommunications.
  • Demonstrated expertise in service management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
