Senior Property Lawyer Position

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead our property law team in Tasmania. This role offers a diverse range of exciting and impactful responsibilities, including transactional expertise and continuous improvement champion.

This is a permanent, full-time role with flexibility built-in. We offer a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment where you can combine your property law knowledge with people leadership.

  • Serve as the go-to for complex conveyancing transactions
  • Complete conveyancing transactions and perform thorough contract reviews, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies
  • Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, ensuring all legal and commercial interests are protected
  • Provide strategic advice on structuring transactions

To be successful, you will need 5+ years PAE in all aspects of property law and a current unrestricted practicing certificate. You must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong IT literacy, and a professional presentation.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, energetic, and positive, with great attention to detail. They will be able to multitask and manage several different tasks/jobs at once in an organised and coherent manner.
