Executive Chef Position Available

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at an upscale cinema complex. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with HACCP policies.
  • Monitor food storage and rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing and attending to patrons' needs proactively.
Requirements:
  • Competent in basic Maths and English.
  • Competent in cash handling.
  • RSA qualifications as required.
