As an innovative and people-focused business with numerous venues across eight brands in Australia, New Zealand, and America, we're seeking a passionate and professional Assistant Venue Manager to lead our team at Melbourne Central venue.

  • Drive revenues by running successful shifts and exceeding expectations
  • Create engaging spaces that take FUN to the next level
  • Support and inspire a high-performing hospitality team
  • Assist in managing Front of House & Back of House operations, including rostering, training, forecasting, casual recruitment, COGs, and labour

Key Responsibilities include being a hands-on leader, motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Requirements: Energy, enthusiasm, and positivity; A valid RSA and Working with Children Check; An ability to work nights and weekends; An obsession with delivering outstanding guest experiences; Proven experience in all areas of a hospitality venue (bar, kitchen, functions).
