Job Opportunity: Hospitality Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Leader to oversee the Housekeeping Department in our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Laundry Department and allocate tasks to team members
  • Perform regular room inspections to ensure brand excellence is maintained
  • Support roster planning and operational efficiency across Front Office and Engineering teams
  • Coach and mentor Public Area Attendant team members to meet brand standards
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, feedback, and concerns
  • Ensure rooms are released in a timely manner to meet check-in targets

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a premium or upscale hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage multiple teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach to guest satisfaction and teamwork
