We're seeking a skilled Professional to deliver instructor-led training sessions across multiple sites. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of Instructor-Led Training Sessions: Deliver high-quality training sessions to ensure our team members have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Training Material Development: Analyze lesson framework needs and design in-person and online training solutions, including creating short how-to videos.
  • Courseware Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular reviews of our courseware to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaboration and Testing: Work closely with business partners to support testing and development of new innovative processes and technologies.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to users on our PLM tools and processes.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in PLM and training delivery. You should have experience using PLM tools and a qualification or equivalent experience in systems engineering, aviation maintenance, software development, or configuration management.

About the Ideal Candidate
  • Experience with PLM Tools: You have experience using PLM tools such as 3DX, eMatrix, Enovia, Teamcenter.
  • Qualification or Equivalent Experience: You have a qualification or equivalent experience in systems engineering, aviation maintenance, software development, or configuration management.
  • Technical Training Delivery: You have experience delivering and/or developing technical training.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You're a confident public speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
