The team is enabling a next-generation Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, Dassault Systems 3DExperience (3DX), and is now recruiting for a skilled and highly motivated individual to support the development and delivery of 3DX Training.

As a PLM Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in BDA's transition to 3DX, fulfilling vital Instructor delivery tasks, courseware material developmental activities, and collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the company to achieve strategic goals.

  • Instructor Lead Training Sessions: Delivery of instructor-led 3DX Training sessions across multiple sites
  • Training Support: Performing train-the-trainer and mentoring tasks for BDA Programs
  • Learning Solution Development: Analysing lesson framework needs and designing in-person and online training solutions, including short how-to videos
  • Courseware Improvement: Conducting 3DX courseware continuous improvement tasks, piloting new courses with innovative processes
  • Collaboration and Testing: Working collaboratively with business partners to support testing and development of new processes and technologies
  • Technical Support: Providing technical support to users on 3DX and processes
  • Industry Trends: Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in PLM and training delivery

Experienced using PLM Tools (3DX, eMatrix, Enovia, Teamcenter) or equivalent

Qualification or equivalent experience in systems engineering, aviation maintenance, software development, or configuration management

Qualification or experience in the delivery and/or development of technical training

A confident public speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate and provide clear guidance on technical matters
