Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Professional to play a pivotal role in our transition to 3DX, fulfilling vital Instructor delivery tasks, courseware material developmental activities, as well as collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the company.

  • Delivery of instructor lead 3DX Training sessions across multiple sites
  • Performing train-the-trainer and mentoring tasks for Programs
  • Analysing lesson framework needs and designing in person and online training solutions, including the creation of short how to videos
  • Conduct 3DX courseware continuous improvement tasks, pilot new courses with new innovative processes
  • Working collaboratively with business partners to support both testing and development of new innovative processes and technologies
  • Assist with performing testing and validation of 3DX changes to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements
  • Provide technical support to users on 3DX and processes
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in PLM and training delivery
  • Support project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resourcing
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Experienced using PLM Tools (3DX, eMatrix, Enovia, Teamcenter) or equivalent
  • Qualification or equivalent experience in systems engineering, aviation maintenance, software development or configuration management
  • Qualification or experience in the delivery and/or development of technical training
  • A confident public speaker who exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills
