Human Resources Advisor Role

The Human Resources Advisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR Business Partner to deliver an effective and efficient generalist HR advisory service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing HR policy and procedure aligned with the overall people and business strategy.
  • Developing and implementing group-wide people strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Designing and maintaining policies and procedures that support employee well-being and engagement.
Expert Support:
  • Providing expert advice and support on employee relations cases, wellbeing reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment for all employees through proactive safety measures.
Essential Skills:
  • Organisational and administrative skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven work experience as an HR advisor, HR consultant, or similar role with knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Ability to advise and work with senior members of staff to drive business results.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) demonstrating expertise in human resources management.
