Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating major shut down projects, supervising tradesmen, and ensuring the accuracy of time sheets and sub-contract documentation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and has prior experience in a supervisory or project management role. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different teams and environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure that all reporting needs and administrative functions are completed promptly and regularly. This includes preparing work scopes, costing, scheduling, and project planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a supervisory, project management, or technical role
  • Appropriate Trade/Post Trade Qualifications and related Product Training
  • Intermediate PC Skills, ability to analyse technical data and reports
  • Good communication skills
  • Relevant Trade Certificate - Mobile Plant Mechanic (HD Diesel Fitter - Earthmoving/Heavy Transport) coupled with extensive experience and knowledge in repairing, servicing and maintaining mobile plant equipment
