Delivering Excellence in Mobile Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate all weekly and daily mobile maintenance activities in a safe and efficient manner by prioritising resources, machinery, and people.
  • Solve daily and weekly technical and resource logistical problems.
  • Ensure full statutory and safety compliance of all maintenance activities.
  • Identify resource and skill gaps for team members and develop strategies to close gaps.
  • Mentor, coach, and roll out training and development plans.
Requirements:
  • Trade Certificate in Diesel Fitting or Auto Electrician.
  • 5+ years post-trade experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with large fleets of mobile mining machinery.
  • Mine System Maintenance experience.
  • General Computer Skills.
  • Supervisor experience preferred.
  • Mentoring and/or coaching experience preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of planning and scheduling, plant availability, and preventative maintenance processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
