Heavy Motor Claims Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced claims manager to join our team in managing complex heavy motor claims from lodgment to completion.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • A great work ethic and ability to work collaboratively with assessors, investigators, and solicitors to settle claims efficiently and deliver the best outcomes for clients within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Experience in end-to-end claims management within commercial motor vehicles, preferably within fleet or heavy motor insurance.
  • A delivery-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving high-quality results while meeting deadlines.
