**The Company**:

Due to business growth, this commercial motor insurance firm requires a motivated and team-focused claims consultant to join their teams across **Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane**. Their success in this market is due to their first-class customer service and the strong ties they have built with their client network. This role provides the opportunity to be managed and developed by a supportive team leader who is an expert in the space.

**The Role**:

- Autonomously manage a portfolio of complex and diverse heavy motor claims from lodgment to completion.
- Liaise with brokers daily, answering queries related to policy coverage and claims.
- Determine liability and work with assessors, investigators, and solicitors to settle claims efficiently and deliver the best outcomes for the client within SLAs.
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships, including participating in client visitation when required.

**To Be Successful in This Role You Will Have**:

- A great work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in end-to-end claims management within commercial motor vehicles, ideally within fleet or heavy motor insurance.
- A delivery-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Enjoy working with a close-knit team of consultants.
