The role:

As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for strategic sourcing and category management across a portfolio of categories for an exciting Government portfolio.

You will be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert with exceptional attention to detail and advanced capabilities.

This role is required in Canberra, Melbourne or Sydney. While we offer hybrid working arrangements, you will have the capacity to attend the CBD office three days per week.

Snapshot of the roles:
  • Develop and execute strategic category plans and procurement frameworks that meet client needs
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities including market approaches, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations
  • Plan and coordinate vendor transitions, ensuring service continuity and security compliance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in vendor performance and procurement processes
  • Identify market trends and translate data into meaningful analysis for decision-making
  • Present analytical recommendations and regular reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with JLL and Client's procurement policies, procedures, and legislative requirements

Requirements:
  • An Australian Citizen in order to comply with our Client's requirement to obtain and gain AGSVA clearance
  • 4+ years' experience in procurement, consulting, or contract management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines
  • Experience working with senior management stakeholders
