Training Opportunity for High-Risk Work Trainers

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced and professional trainers to deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment programs across a range of topics, including Dogging, Rigging, and Crane specialisms.
  • Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meet ASQA/RTO Standards and other applicable regulations.
  • Supervise students' behaviors and provide motivating training experiences.
  • Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation.
  • Travel may be required to deliver training off-site.
Essential Criteria
  • Cert IV TAE qualification (plus upgrade units if required).
  • Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL).
  • Demonstrated Lifting Operations experience within the construction/civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors.
  • Accredited by WorkSafe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable).
  • Eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check.
  • Australian Resident.
  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence.
