We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Lifting Operations Trainers and Assessors. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in lifting operations, teaching, and assessment.
The role involves delivering training services on lifting operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a can-do attitude.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)
- Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets ASQA/RTO Standards and other applicable regulations
- Supervise students' behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training
- Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy and safe for operation
- Perform other general duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Cert IV TAE (plus upgrade units if required)
- Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
- Demonstrated Lifting Operations experience within the construction/civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors
- Be accredited by WorkSafe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable)
- Be eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check
- Must hold valid Australian Drivers Licence
