Our organization is seeking a qualified Trainer/Assessor to join our workforce.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging training and assessment (theory and practical) for Dogging, Rigging (Basic & Intermediate), and Crane specialisms
  • Ensure content and delivery meet industry standards and regulations
  • Supervise student behavior and motivate learners
  • Maintain equipment and venues for safety and cleanliness
  • Travel to deliver off-site training as needed
  • Perform other duties as required

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cert IV TAE (including upgrade units if needed)
  • High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
  • Experience in Lifting Operations within construction, civil, resources, infrastructure, or training sectors
  • WorkSafe accreditation as an Individual Assessor or ability to obtain it
  • Eligibility for a Working Children Check and Police Check
  • Australian Resident
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence

As a Trainer/Assessor, you will teach and assess on various topics, including performing Dogging (DG), Basic Rigging (RB), Intermediate Rigging (RI), Non-slewing mobile crane (CN), 20-tonne capacity slewing crane (C2), 60-tonne capacity slewing crane (C6), 100-tonne capacity slewing crane (C1), Over 100-tonne capacity slewing crane (CO), and Vehicle loading crane (CV).
