
Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a restaurant with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a unique dining experience.
This hands-on position requires an inspiring manager to engage with the team, drive sales growth, control costs, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include managing a team of up to 60 staff across multiple departments, rostering, on-shift management, training, stock control, and ensuring adherence to OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
A key aspect of this role is identifying sales opportunities, fostering a positive working environment, and leading by example.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing people, growing sales, managing costs, and delivering outstanding service in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Demonstrated experience managing people
- Proven management experience with outstanding leadership capability and customer service focus
- Qualifications in Hospitality (desirable)
- Ability to work productively during busy periods including weeknights and weekends
The successful candidate will be someone who is excited about having fun and creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere for customers.
Responsibilities:
