They will work closely with other leaders to drive revenue through innovative programs and promotions, and maintain a culture that emphasizes growth, trust, and accountability.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase guest patronage
  • Lead your team to deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a culture that emphasizes growth, trust, and accountability
  • Engage with and promote continuous improvement and business change
  • Maintain health and safety measures

**Qualifications**

  • Experience in a similar leadership role would be desirable
  • Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work while leading the team
