Job Description

We are seeking experienced and motivated Community Support Workers in the Coffs Harbour region to assist with 24/7 service delivery.



About the Role

Your role will include:

  • In-home care for clients, focusing on their unique goals and promoting independence.
  • Personal care, including assistance with daily living tasks.
  • Community access, enabling clients to participate in activities and engage with their community.
  • Respite care, providing temporary support for clients and their families.
  • Domestic assistance, helping clients with household chores and maintaining a safe living environment.
  • Medication assistance, ensuring clients receive the correct medication at the right time.
  • Meal preparation, cooking nutritious meals for clients.
  • Transport, safely transporting clients to appointments and activities.
  • Shopping assistance, accompanying clients to shops and supermarkets.
  • Welfare checks, regularly checking in on clients to ensure their well-being.
  • Documentation of client progress/reports, recording client outcomes and progress.
  • Working with NDIS and Aged Care clients, collaborating with clients to achieve their short-term and long-term goals.
