Subee provides quality in-home support services – including home nursing, disability support, aged care, and respite care. We focus on assisting our clients and their families to meet their unique goals. Our aim is to promote and support our clients' choices. We offer a wide range of support services to help meet their health needs, their homes, and maintain their independence.

We are a local family-owned business with offices in Newcastle and Coffs Harbour. We pay above award conditions and employ on a Permanent-Part Time basis, ensuring job security and access to Annual Leave, Sick Leave, and Superannuation.

We are seeking experienced and motivated Community Support Workers in the Coffs Harbour region to assist with 24/7 service delivery.

Your role will include:

  1. In-home Care
  2. Personal Care
  3. Community Access
  4. Respite Care
  5. Domestic Assistance
  6. Medication Assistance
  7. Meal Preparation
  8. Transport
  9. Shopping Assistance
  10. Welfare Checks
  11. Documentation of client progress/reports
  12. Working with NDIS and Aged Care clients to fulfill their short-term/long-term goals
  13. Paid mileage
  14. Training provided
  15. Part-time hours: minimum of 10 hours
  16. Part-time, Permanent
  17. Under our new EBA level 3, the highest-paid community worker will receive $31.73/hour
