Job Title: Home Support Worker
About the Role:We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to provide home support services in the Coffs Harbour region. Our team provides quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering personal care and domestic assistance to clients in their own homes.
- Assisting with medication management and meal preparation.
- Providing transport and shopping assistance.
- Conducting welfare checks and documenting client progress.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of aged care and disability support principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
