Behaviour Therapist

We are seeking a Behaviour Therapist to join our team of professionals providing clinical services to individuals with various disabilities and presentations.

This role involves working across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services, collaborating with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and assessments, focusing on increasing skills, improving emotion regulation, and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce restrictive practices.
  • Provide assessments and interventions across the lifespan and diverse range of presentations within NDIS Psychology services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner or ability to become registered.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and complex diagnoses is desirable.
  • A valid driver's license and required clearances are necessary for client-facing roles.
