About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Develop advanced modeling techniques to enhance HR processes and drive innovation.
  • Analyze complex problems using data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Implement automation strategies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in People & Culture operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, modeling, and manipulation.
  • Knowledge of Alteryx and its applications in data analysis.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
