Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth through data-driven insights.

About the Role:

This position requires a strategic advisor who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and report on revenue and growth metrics. You will identify opportunities, measure impact, and shape our B2B marketing roadmap.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design measurement frameworks to monitor marketing performance, lead conversion, and pipeline health.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights informing media investments, campaign strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Evaluate key initiatives such as paid media, content, and events, including pre/post analysis and experimentation.
  • Apply knowledge of attribution modeling (e.g., multi-touch) to credit marketing impact across touchpoints.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate, connected, and decision-ready data.

Requirements:

  • A skilled communicator creating alignment and clarity for complex problems.
  • Confident in SQL and data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Expertise in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling or marketing impact evaluation.
  • Collaborative, curious, and excited to work across departments.

  • Experience working with large datasets and implementing data visualization tools.
