About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our Analytics Engineer support team. This role requires a strong foundation in data analytics, data engineering, and business expertise.

This position involves designing scalable data models, optimising pipelines, and enabling self-serve analytics. You will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and data professionals to uncover insights, optimise processes, and improve operational efficiency at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing data models and pipelines that meet business needs
  • Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure IT performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate raw data into strategic insights

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and modelling
  • Experience with data warehousing tools such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
  • Familiarity with data governance and data management principles
  • Hands-on experience using continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD) tools
