About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing large group and catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property objectives while consistently analyzing market information.
  • Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
  • Lead the Sales team to provide a quality of service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

  • Experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
