**Operational Readiness Specialist Overview**

The operational readiness specialist is a crucial role in upholding our core values of safety, teamwork, accountability, respect and results. This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring the successful execution of plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop asset hierarchies for plant operations
  • Conduct criticality assessments on assets
  • Review safe work procedures and plant area processing manuals
  • Prepare site project update slide packs and presentations
  • Project engineer to identify, procure and deliver maintenance tooling and equipment
  • Maintenance training development, scheduling and coordination
  • Site onboarding material development and rollout
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience at a senior level
  • Strong working knowledge of asset management best practices
  • Solutions-focused with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in computer literacy across office software and cmms systems
  • Familiarity with mine safety regulations
