Business Operations Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Assistant to support our newly established team and office.

About the Role
  • Provide administrative support to the State Manager and delivery team.
  • Process procurement, invoicing, and SAP functions efficiently.
  • Manage document and compliance procedures effectively.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, timesheets, and expense claims.
  • Support office coordination and team communications.
  • Assist with onboarding and event organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day support to the State Manager and delivery team.
  2. Procurement and Invoicing: Process procurement, invoicing, and SAP functions to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  3. Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of documents and compliance procedures.
  4. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel bookings, timesheets, and expense claims in a prompt and efficient manner.
  5. Office Support: Coordinate office activities, including meetings, events, and correspondence.
  6. Onboarding and Event Support: Assist with onboarding new staff members and coordinate events as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar business operations role.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong initiative and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate understanding of procurement and SAP.
