About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team in Thomastown to assist with planning and scheduling planned and corrective maintenance works across our Transmission and Distribution stations. This is a hybrid role with a mix of working in the office and working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating Notifications, Work Orders, and Work Completion Applications in SAP
- Establishing high-level maintenance plans for the year and rolling works scheduled for the following 6-8 weeks
- Assisting delivery teams during fault response planning
- Ensuring works not completed or rescheduled are programmed back into the system
- Prioritizing critical works and planning them based on resource availability
- Liaising with internal teams to efficiently plan maintenance works
- Liaising with external teams to integrate their schedule into our works program, ensuring no major impact to our maintenance activities
- Managing conflicting priorities and seeking advice as needed
- Establishing good relations with clients and seeking advice from internal or external stakeholders to remove bottlenecks in maintenance activities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be customer-focused and safety-conscious, with the ability to make timely decisions. You will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work as part of a team and work unsupervised, and the ability to carry out accurate resolutions.
