Job Opportunity

Cabot's is a leading brand in the Australian and New Zealand market for premium woodcare products.

We seek an experienced marketer to develop successful brand propositions and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing multiple audience-driven marketing strategies.

This includes identifying consumer insights, developing the brand strategy, innovation pipeline, and working with internal teams to launch impactful campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead brand strategy through insight-driven planning and activation across all channels.
  • Develop and deliver innovation via a 0–5 year NPD pipeline, collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Enable sales success by creating effective, insight-led activation plans.
  • Champion team culture and leadership by mentoring junior staff and fostering collaboration.
