Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs that support the overall wellbeing, growth, and education of young children.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development principles and practices, with the ability to create engaging and interactive learning environments. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Facilitate play-based learning environments that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ACECQA-approved Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
