We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Learning Facilitator. As a key member of our early childhood education team, you will play a vital role in creating engaging learning experiences that foster creativity and curiosity in children.

About the Role
  • Care for and nurture children's minds through interactive learning experiences
  • Support a team of professionals in meeting quality principles and curriculum requirements
  • Develop and implement learning programs that promote creativity and inquiry-based learning
  • Build genuine connections with children, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve best practice and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
  1. Learning Program Development: Design and implement engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  2. Child Care and Support: Provide top-notch care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements
  • Aceqca-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study)
  • Current and relevant Working with Children's Check (or be willing to obtain)
  • Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm
