Lead and Educate Young Minds

The role of Early Childhood Teacher & Director involves shaping the lives of young learners in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement developmentally appropriate programs for mixed-age early childhood groups.
  • Foster quality Christian learning experiences guided by the Reggio Emilia approach.
  • Oversee curriculum, staff engagement, and policy development through effective implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
  • Promote partnerships with families to support each child's learning and wellbeing.
About You:
  • A Bachelor-level qualification in Early Childhood Teaching.
  • Queensland Teacher Registration is required.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or director role within an early learning service is essential.
  • A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is necessary.
Benefits:
  • An attractive base salary: circa $86,600 to $147,048 PLUS Super.
  • Relocation assistance of up to $10,000.
  • 12 weeks of school holidays per year.
  • Sick leave/personal leave of 10 days per year.
