Role Overview:

As an Early Learning Educator, you will be responsible for fostering a nurturing environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a childcare qualification within 3 months of commencement)
  • Current Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm
