
Early Childhood Educator

Role Overview:
As an Early Learning Educator, you will be responsible for fostering a nurturing environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives
- Develop and implement engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a childcare qualification within 3 months of commencement)
- Current Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm
