Job Description

As a key player in our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and customer engagement. Your role will involve developing and executing marketing plans that drive results, providing innovative ideas and solutions across the department, and ensuring flawless execution of marketing programs.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies that meet business objectives
  • Providing creative input and solutions for marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Executing digital advertising campaigns and managing social media platforms to engage with customers and stakeholders
  • Developing integrated marketing plans that align with business goals

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, preferably in retail or FMCG, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position. You should have knowledge of marketing principles, copywriting and content creation skills, and experience managing social media platforms.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has a creative flair, and can work well under pressure to meet deadlines while producing high-quality content. You should also be able to build key relationships, collaborate across departments, and adapt to changing priorities.
