Job Title: HSE Manager

This role involves leading the organization's health and safety strategy, overseeing ISO accreditations, audits and investigations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, experience with ISO systems and compliance, and a diploma or higher in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conducting audits and investigations to identify and mitigate risks
  • Coaching and mentoring leaders on site and in workshops to improve safety performance
  • Managing incidents, reporting and insurer liaison
  • Driving continuous improvement in safety culture and systems
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in Health and Safety (or similar)
  • Strong ISO systems and compliance experience
  • Background in construction, engineering, demolition or asbestos removal
  • Skilled in audits, investigations and risk management
  • Ability to coach, influence and communicate across all levels
  • Current driver's license, willing to travel to sites
