Job Title: Evaluation Officer - Strategic Insights

We are seeking an analytical professional to lead our evaluation efforts, providing expert advice and coaching to stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the use of evaluation across the organization, contributing to evidence-based planning and decision making.

  • Provide expert advice and coaching on evaluation projects and activities.
  • Lead the use of evaluation to support quality and service improvement initiatives.
  • Develop reports for executive leadership on high-level evaluation agenda and emergent issues.
  • Conduct and commission evaluation projects to inform planning and decision making.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to establish relationships that support strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to drive new thinking and encourage others to share and debate ideas.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in designing and conducting evaluations.
  • Experience designing and implementing evaluation capability building activities.
  • Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of current and emerging curriculum and assessment issues.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Collaborative working style.
