
Commercial Broker Partnership Manager

About This Role
This position sits within the Broker Partnerships Portfolio team, dedicated to driving higher engagement from referrers and inactive brokers, primarily through phone and digital channels. The role focuses on educating brokers on products, policies, and processes, and supporting the delivery of statewide broker events and webinars.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering commercial settlements from accredited brokers and referrers
- Ongoing management of a portfolio of referrers and inactive brokers
- Lifting broker satisfaction and internal satisfaction from key internal stakeholders
- Maintaining calling rates on a portfolio of referrers and inactive brokers
- Improving % of referrals and volume of sales from a portfolio of referrers and inactive brokers
- Well managed in terms of Accreditation, Commission and offboarding processes
- Instilling a customer centric approach to business
- Drive best practices and a consistent operating rhythm across the team
- Educating & upskilling brokers on ANZ's policies and processes
- Support organising and preparing content for statewide broker events and webinars
- Engage with senior BMs to continually upskill knowledge about increasing broker engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bulk: Strong knowledge of Commercial lending and the Commercial broker industry
Relationship Building: Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Business Development: Partnering with individuals and/or organisations to pursue strategic initiatives, relationships and/or opportunities to drive commercial value
Customer Solutioning: Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services
Influencing: Gaining the commitment of others through a range of techniques
Stakeholder Management: Identifying, understanding and anticipating the needs of those who can affect or be affected by your work
Planning and Prioritisation: Planning and prioritising what needs to be done to deliver upon customer/user needs and strategic priorities
Non-Financial Risk: Having a clear understanding of risk requirements including and not limited to non-financial risk obligations
