**About the Role**

Monash Health Bureau is seeking Contact Centre Operators to work in the Monash Health Contact Centre, located at Monash Clayton on a casual basis. As a Contact Centre Operator, you will be handling internal calls across multiple Monash sites, general public enquiries and managing emergency codes. Shifts are available 24 hours, 7 days a week including public holidays.

We require a level of flexibliity to assist across the 24 hour period across all days, particluarly weekdays.

- Do you have well developed communication and computer skills?

Have you completed Medical Terminology training?, this would be an advantage.

Monash Health Bureau provide 7 day support from 0530-2200 hours, where our team members answer your questions.
