Job Role:

The role of Facilities Shift Operator is pivotal in ensuring a safe and efficient site infrastructure.

This position requires you to be part of a team of specialists responsible for monitoring and controlling site equipment, conducting configuration changes and isolations, as well as routine inspections and data collection.

As a key member of the team, you will be involved in maintenance and repair activities on various types of equipment and infrastructure, investigating anomalies, and developing technical processes and procedures.

Compliance with site environmental health and safety regulations, report completion, and incident/event data collection are also part of your responsibilities.

A strong understanding of general equipment maintenance requirements, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, is essential.

Additionally, proficiency in basic computer skills, including Office 365 programs and Excel, as well as fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, is required.

A valid driver's license and U.S. or Australian citizenship are necessary prerequisites.

High attention to detail, concentration, and ability to multitask and make thorough decisions are crucial for this role.
